At Carlin Brothers Coffee, we want you to enjoy every sip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and store credit for coffee products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
